Refund policy

We want you to feel confident when shopping with JWKT. That’s why we offer 30-day return and exchange policy. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange any unused item in its original condition within 30 days of delivery.

Conditions for Return & Exchange

  • Returns or exchanges must be requested within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • All items must be in their original condition, unworn, and without scratches or signs of wear.
  • Items must not be resized, engraved, or otherwise altered.
  • Returns must be authorized in advance. Items returned without approval will not be accepted.
  • Customers must use a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit without tracking.
  • Important: Do not send returns to the address on the original package. This is not our return processing facility and will delay your request.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized items, including:
    1. Custom sizes
    2. Engravings
    3. Custom colors, stone cuts, or stone sizes
  • Worn items
  • Items received as replacements or exchanges cannot be returned again

How to Return or Exchange

Step 1: Contact Us
Email us at service@jwkt.com with your order number. Our customer service team will confirm your eligibility and provide a return authorization and return address.

Step 2: Ship the Item
Once approved, you must ship the item within 3 business days using the provided instructions.
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method with delivery confirmation. If the return is lost and has no tracking, we cannot issue a refund.

Step 3: Inspection ; Refund/Exchange
Once received, we will inspect the item within 3–5 business days. If approved, we will process your refund or send your replacement item.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days after the return is inspected and approved.

Note: Although we offer free or discounted shipping at checkout, we incur real shipping costs on every order. Therefore, the original shipping fee will not be refunded.
